Responsibilities & Context: Job Brief
- We are looking for a highly competent Assistant Manager – Human Resources to oversee and enhance our organization’s human resources operations. In this role, you will support end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, learning & development, employee engagement, and performance management.
- To excel in this position, you should have a strong background in Human Resources and a solid understanding of HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
- You will play a key role in implementing HR strategies that help the company attract, develop, and retain skilled and motivated employees.
- Ultimately, you will contribute to building a productive, compliant, and employee-focused workplace.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full functions of Human Resource and Administration, such as recruitment, retention, compliance, compensation, benefits, training and development of employees.
- Creating and implementing human resources plan, personnel management policies and procedures as discussed and instructed by the management.
- Preparing and implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for all employees as per company policies.
- Controlling payroll to ensure employees are remunerated in accordance with the company’s policy.
- Ability to generate monthly payroll, travel allowance, various bills, compensations (welfare & benefit) activity.
- Planning & organizing yearly events, conduct in-house training sessions for all employees on various topics, software, fire safety, etc., as per need and advised by management.
- Managing various administrative jobs such as those relating to cleaning, stationery control, drivers, maid, security guards, maintenance and purchasing of office supplies.
- Monitor and conduct employee activities in the light of labor law, factory rules, buyers & other national & international legal or certification issues.
- Review and update all legal documents/certificates/licenses time to time by communicating with the specific authorities.
- Maintain and implement (fire, pest control, occupational, electrical & structural) standard for creating a safe working place.
- Maintaining agreements/MoUs with stakeholders.
- Maintaining both physical and digital employee records as well as training records, meeting records & routine-wise checklists.
- Report to Director of Operations & Managing Director.
