Education:
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 42 to 55 years

  • Candidate having SA8000 (Basic & Advance) course, ISO 9001 training will be given preference.

  • Minimum 8–12 years’ experience in HR, Admin & Compliance, preferably in Garments Industrial sector.

  • In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law 2006 (amended 2013, 2018), Factories Act, and related compliance regulations.

  • Strong expertise in employee relations, disciplinary management, and conflict resolution.Hands-on experience in compliance audit handling (buyer, government, and certification bodies).

  • Excellent communication and liaison skills with government offices, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders.

  • Proven leadership ability in managing a large workforce (factory & projects).

  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS/ERP systems, and preparation of MIS, KPI, and compliance.



Responsibilities & Context:

HR Management:

  • Manage workforce planning, organizational structure, and manpower budgeting.

  • Manage the entire recruitment and selection process, talent acquisition, and retention.

  • Conduct performance evaluations and ensure timely KPI reviews.

  • Setup Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for HR related activities.

  • Handle industrial relations, employee grievances, and disciplinary matters to ensure a positive and motivated workforce

  • Develop and implement training programs for employees on labor law, ethical practices, and compliance requirements.

  • Collaborate with departmental heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Compliance:

  • Ensure 100% compliance with labor law, BGMEA, and buyer’s Code of Conduct.

  • Maintain updated documentation for Better Work, WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, ACCORD/ALLIANCE, HIGG and other certifications.

  • Presentation to the buyers as representative of company.

  • Liaise with buyers, compliance auditors, and certification bodies for ensuring compliance audit.

  • Coordinate and face audits independently, including CAP (Corrective Action Plan) follow-up and timely closure.

  • Ensure full implementation of Fire Safety, Building Safety, and Occupational Health programs.
