Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 30 years
  • 3–5 years experience in restaurant or food service management (preferably BBQ/Kabab restaurant).

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.Good communication and customer service abilities.

  • Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations.



Responsibilities & Context:

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including kitchen, service, and cashier activities.

  • Ensure smooth and efficient service during all operating hours.

  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

2. Staff Management

  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff including chefs, waiters, and support staff.

  • Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor performance.

  • Maintain discipline and ensure teamwork among employees.

3. Customer Service

  • Ensure excellent customer experience and handle customer complaints professionally.

  • Monitor service quality and maintain the restaurant’s brand reputation.

4. Inventory & Supply Management

  • Manage food ingredients, kitchen supplies, and restaurant inventory.

  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely purchasing of meat, spices, vegetables, and other items.

  • Reduce wastage and control food costs.

5. Financial Management

  • Monitor daily sales, expenses, and profitability.

  • Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.

  • Control operational costs and ensure efficient use of resources.

6. Hygiene & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining area, and storage areas.

  • Follow health and safety standards.

7. Marketing & Promotion

  • Support promotional activities and special offers.

  • Maintain relationships with regular customers and attract new customers.
