Experience:
3–5 years experience in restaurant or food service management (preferably BBQ/Kabab restaurant).
Strong leadership and team management skills.Good communication and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant operations.
1. Operations Management
Oversee daily restaurant operations including kitchen, service, and cashier activities.
Ensure smooth and efficient service during all operating hours.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
2. Staff Management
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff including chefs, waiters, and support staff.
Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor performance.
Maintain discipline and ensure teamwork among employees.
3. Customer Service
Ensure excellent customer experience and handle customer complaints professionally.
Monitor service quality and maintain the restaurant’s brand reputation.
4. Inventory & Supply Management
Manage food ingredients, kitchen supplies, and restaurant inventory.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely purchasing of meat, spices, vegetables, and other items.
Reduce wastage and control food costs.
5. Financial Management
Monitor daily sales, expenses, and profitability.
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Control operational costs and ensure efficient use of resources.
6. Hygiene & Compliance
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining area, and storage areas.
Follow health and safety standards.
7. Marketing & Promotion
Support promotional activities and special offers.
Maintain relationships with regular customers and attract new customers.
