- Maintain employee files, attendance, and leave records.
- Support payroll by collecting attendance and leave data.
- Make sure all employees final settlement issues.
- Maintain the data for every months mobile allowance.
- Need to make HR Letters - Offer letters, Appointment letters, Experience certificates.
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR compliance.
- Help in recruitment for various role.
