Responsibilities & Context:
Manage the full recruitment cycle—job posting, CV screening, interviews, selection & joining formalities.
Maintain proper documentation of new hires and update HRIS/employee database.
Monitor daily attendance, absenteeism, late reporting, and overtime records.
Support monthly payroll preparation by ensuring accurate attendance/leave data.
Maintain leave registers and ensure compliance with company policies.
Conduct induction programs for workers and staff.
Explain HR policies, rules, code of conduct, and compliance requirements to new employees.
Coordinate welfare activities – medical support, canteen issues, transport, daycare, maternity support, etc.
Maintain a positive working environment on the factory floor.
Identify worker training needs and arrange trainings (orientation, soft skills, awareness).
Assist supervisors and line managers in performance monitoring.
Issue notices, warnings, show-cause letters, and maintain disciplinary records.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HR reports (recruitment, turnover, absent %, OT %, headcount).
Update HR dashboards and share reports with management.
