Job Responsibilities:
Ensure all over welfare activities as per Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Labor Rules 2015 & 2022.
Prepared for any kind of compliance audit as per buyer COC & standard.
Arrange routine welfare meetings and Training, such as Orientation, Grievance, OHS, etc.
Ensure grievance management system .
Establish effective both way flow of communication between management and workers and hold consultations with a view to maintain harmonious relations between the management and workers.
Look after the provision of amenities such as dining, adequate wash room facility, drinking water, etc.
Advise and brief workers on the proper use of PPE, machine guard, sanitation, fire safety and others health and safety related issues.
Maintain compliance as per compliance guidelines and company policy.
Conduct awareness training programs on rules and regulations as per Buyer`s Code of Conduct & law of the country.
Conduct orientation for new employees.
Organize , TU, SC and Grievance meetings, preparing minutes and circulating.
Take care of workers, special care of pregnant & injured workers.
Counseling and follow up pregnant workers.
Ensuring Maternity benefits as per Labor Law.
Update to management all compliance reports in regular interval etc.
