  • Must have experience as a C&A-certified SIS inspector.

  • Must have experience of working on Denim bottom, preferably with C&A buyer.

  • Fabric knowledge, technical knowledge (sewing, cutting, printing, embroidery)

  • Knowledge of finishing process.

  • Quality Management.

  • Reporting skill, computer skill.

  • Must be fluent at English (Reading, writing and speaking).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Finishing Head in managing and controlling all packaging activities within the finishing process.

  • Ensure timely and efficient execution of packaging operations, including follow-ups with buying house and in-house inspections.

  • Analyze packaging line standards and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

  • Maintain packing orders and ensure compliance with approved packaging procedures, equipment usage, and material consumption.

  • Monitor warehouse inventory, maintain accurate stock records, and prepare required documentation for physical transactions.

  • Coordinate closely with Quality Assurance and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth daily manufacturing and packaging operations.

  • Plan packaging workflow according to production schedules, assign tasks to team members, and ensure on-time completion.

  • Conduct regular inspections of packaged goods to ensure compliance with buyer requirements and internal quality standards.

  • Identify and implement initiatives to reduce packaging defects, wastage, and operational costs.

  • Ensure availability of packaging materials by raising timely requisitions for cartons, polybags, accessories, and other supplies.

  • Enforce safety rules and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel in the packaging section.

  • Ensure team members follow SOPs and company policies at all times.

  • Develop a positive team environment, support skill development, and resolve operational issues promptly.

  • Coordinate with internal QA teams to facilitate inspections, approvals, and timely shipment.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management for business needs.
