Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
Educational background in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or Merchandising will be considered an added advantage.
Minimum 2–5 years of practical experience in Knit Garments Merchandising.
Strong knowledge of buyer handling, costing, sampling, order execution, and shipment procedures.
Additional Requirements
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude, leadership qualities, and team-working capability.

Job Responsibilities:
Communicate and coordinate effectively with international buyers.
Handle orders from development stage to final shipment.
Prepare costing, quotations, and price negotiations.
Follow up on sample development, approvals, and buyer requirements.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Commercial, Quality, and Store departments to ensure smooth order execution.
Prepare and monitor Time & Action (T&A) plans.
Ensure timely sourcing and availability of raw materials.
Maintain all merchandising-related documentation and reports.
Monitor production progress and ensure on-time shipment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Salary: Negotiable (Based on qualification and experience).
