• Strong knowledge of apparel costing, merchandising, and export procedures.

• Computer literate with strong reporting and presentation skills.

• Age: 30–40 years (flexible for highly experienced candidates).

A leading Garments Manufacturing Organization is inviting applications from highly experienced, energetic, and result-oriented professionals for this following position

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to achieve company sales and export targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with Buying Houses, Direct Buyers, and International Clients.

• Identify and develop new buyers in both local and international markets.

• Manage and expand direct marketing channels for order sourcing and business development.

• Lead the entire marketing team and ensure smooth coordination with merchandising, production, and commercial departments.

• Negotiate prices, order terms, and ensure maximum profitability for the company.

• Monitor order status from inquiry to shipment and ensure timely delivery.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and global apparel demand.

• Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis reports, and performance reports for management.

• Ensure proper follow-up of all inquiries, orders, and buyer communications.

• Develop long-term business growth strategies and maintain sustainable buyer relationships.

• Represent the company in buyer meetings, trade fairs, and business negotiations.

• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and company policies.
