Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:

​Lead Generation & Market Expansion: Identify and visit potential clients, including textile mills, RMG (Ready-Made Garments) factories, and knitting units to expand the company's market share.

​Product Demonstration & Sales: Present and demonstrate the technical features, performance, and cost-efficiency of various knitting machines to factory owners, production managers, and textile engineers.

​Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while onboarding new ones through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.

​Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and pricing to provide feedback and actionable insights to the management.

​Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed the monthly and annual sales and marketing targets set by the company.

​Coordination with Technical Team: Assist clients in choosing the right machinery based on their production needs and coordinate with the technical support team for after-sales services.

​Payment & Order Follow-up: Oversee the entire sales process, from order booking and delivery to ensuring timely payment collection and billing clearance.

​Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding client visits, feedback, and sales pipelines to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
