Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing the operation bulletin with least possible operation with appropriate method of stitching during the costing and bulk stage

• Create mock up for understanding the new operation within short time for understanding the method

• Conduct trail for new method and kaizen and train the operators on the new method and kaizen. Conduct line layout completion using the sequence and checklist during changeover

• Have clear understanding and skill of operation breakdown of any style

• Adequate technical knowledge to work with all sewing machine operation, guide, folder, method improvement etc.

• Adequate technical knowledge to set up new line layout for any style & Understand product construction (garment construction) and production specifications well and have clear knowledge about the complete manufacturing process flow.
