Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide market midpoint analysis, support local compensation plan design, and contribute to the global bonus program process.

  • Assist in reviewing remuneration strategies, policies, systems, and guidelines, ensuring effective implementation across the organization.

  • Analyze and prepare compensation and benefits recommendations based on internal and external data, including industry benchmarks, best practices, tax regulations, and legislative requirements.

  • Guide and support the development, implementation, and administration of employee rewards and benefits policies.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures related to benefits management and delivery, and recommend updates as needed.

  • Administer all incentive and benefits programs, including open enrollment, new employee benefits enrollment, annual audits, and any updates to compensation and benefits plans.

  • Manage HRIS to ensure accurate, up-to-date employee data, reporting, and system efficiencies.

  • Support the preparation and monitoring of the annual manpower budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
