Provide market midpoint analysis, support local compensation plan design, and contribute to the global bonus program process.
Assist in reviewing remuneration strategies, policies, systems, and guidelines, ensuring effective implementation across the organization.
Analyze and prepare compensation and benefits recommendations based on internal and external data, including industry benchmarks, best practices, tax regulations, and legislative requirements.
Guide and support the development, implementation, and administration of employee rewards and benefits policies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures related to benefits management and delivery, and recommend updates as needed.
Administer all incentive and benefits programs, including open enrollment, new employee benefits enrollment, annual audits, and any updates to compensation and benefits plans.
Manage HRIS to ensure accurate, up-to-date employee data, reporting, and system efficiencies.
Support the preparation and monitoring of the annual manpower budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
