• Industry Experience: Previous experience working on a range of interior projects (e.g., Hotels).

• Excellent fluency in English (oral & written).

• Mandatory proficiency for high-quality visualization.

• Technical Detailing: Proven experience in producing detailed interior design drawings (ID Details) and contributing to project specifications and BOQ.

• Visualization Skills: Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in photorealistic 3D visualization and rendering techniques.

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and ambitious Junior Architect to join our design team. This role is ideal for a candidate with solid foundational experience in interior design, strong technical drawing skills, and mandatory expertise in 3D visualization and BIM modelling. The Junior Architect will work closely with senior staff to develop and present high-quality design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Development: Actively participate in the interior design process, from conceptual design to presentation, contributing fresh ideas and solutions.

• 3D Visualisation & Modelling: Independently perform 3D modelling and high-quality rendering of interior spaces and architectural elements for client presentations and design review.

• BIM Modelling: Assist in the development and management of Building Information Modelling (BIM) files, ensuring accuracy and coordination with project standards.

• Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed Interior Design (ID) details, including sections, elevations, and joinery drawings, ensuring designs are executable.

• Specification & Costing: Assist the management team in preparing project specifications and developing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for interior fit-out projects.

• Coordination: Support the project team to coordinate with consultants (MEPF, ID) during the design phase.

• Review and preparation of the shop drawings and as-built drawings.
