Experience:
Applicants must have experience in HRM as well as Management Information System (MIS).
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques for technical and operational roles in factory and IT settings.
Familiarity with workforce management software and HRIS systems.·
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage diverse teams and navigate multi-sector workforce challenges.
In-depth understanding of labor regulations for food factories and IT companies.
Critical thinking, Strong problem-solving, organizational and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies specific to the food manufacturing sector and IT industry to attract skilled talent.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding across both sectors.
• Develop, implement and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
• Collaborate closely with department heads to identify workforce needs and create tailored talent acquisition plans.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management and workforce planning to ensure productivity and compliance with labor laws.
• Implement HR policies, initiatives in Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits suitable for diverse teams in factory and IT environments.
• Monitor workforce metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction and absenteeism; develop action plans to address issues.
• Lead workforce scheduling, shift planning, and labor cost control in factory operations while aligning IT team resource allocation with project demands.
• Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, innovation and continuous improvement across multiple business units.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and labor regulations applicable to food processing and IT workplaces.
• Stay updated on industry trends in recruitment, labor laws, and best HR practices relevant to both sectors.
• Design and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
• Maintain HR records and manage the HR information system (HRIS) for accurate data tracking.
