  • Age 24 to 30 years
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a relevant discipline; a Master’s degree is an added advantage.

  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment processes, payroll management, and labor law compliance.

  • Hands-on experience with HRIS/ERP systems, attendance devices, and digital documentation.

  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong report-writing skills.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.

  • Strong understanding of employee engagement, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude toward continuous improvement.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Manage manpower planning, end-to-end recruitment, interviews, and onboarding processes.

  2. Maintain employee files, HR documentation, attendance, leave data, and HRIS/ERP records.

  3. Prepare employment contracts, ID cards, renewals, and ensure proper documentation control.

  4. Oversee payroll processing including overtime, bonuses, adjustments, and statutory compliance (PF, GF, tax).

  5. Develop, update, and implement HR policies while ensuring alignment with labor laws and company regulations.

  6. Handle grievance management, disciplinary procedures, and employee conflict resolution.

  7. Coordinate KPI setting, performance appraisal cycles, and staff development initiatives.

  8. Plan and conduct training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement programs.

  9. Supervise daily office operations, cleanliness, safety, utilities, and administrative expenditures.

  10. Manage office assets, IT equipment, inventory, repairs, AMC, transport, and travel logistics.

  11. Oversee vendor sourcing, procurement, contract management, payments, and service quality monitoring.

  12. Supervise security operations, CCTV, access control, fire safety compliance, and emergency readiness.

  13. Handle meetings, scheduling, reception duties, visitor management, courier communication, and documentation.

  14. Prepare periodic HR and administrative reports and support management in decision-making.
