  • Demonstrated success in business development roles, specifically within the technology sector.
  • Experience in product management or technical sales roles can be highly beneficial.
  • Strong sales skills with a focus on technical products, including lead generation, sales pitch development, and closing deals.
  • Proficiency in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and partners, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.·
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Effective presentation skills to pitch products and solutions to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed business decisions and Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles in business development initiatives.
  • Experience in managing budgets for business development activities.·
  • Understanding of compliance requirements related to the technical product and industry regulations.
  • Established network within the industry to facilitate partnerships and business opportunities.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify and target potential clients in various industries for ERP software solutions.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competition.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, product demonstrations, and presentations.

  • Collaborate closely with technical, product, and marketing teams to tailor solutions.

  • Negotiate and close high-value sales deals with clients.

  • Maintain CRM records and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance.

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
