Responsibilities & Context: We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and business-focused HR leader to oversee both Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering for a leading BPO and ITES organization. The role demands strong expertise in bulk recruitment, workforce planning, organizational development, and strategic HR advisory. The incumbent will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership while ensuring seamless alignment between business objectives and people strategies of the company.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition function for end-to-end hiring across the BPO vertical, ensuring timely fulfillment of large-scale as well as the corporate and back office hiring needs.
- Develop and execute strategic hiring plans, frameworks for talent pipeline/succession, and applicable employer branding initiatives.
- Oversee recruitment operations, including screening, assessments, interviews, and offer management along with designing the policy/manual/SOP.
- Act as strategic HR Business Partner to enable business operations in alignment with both company and HR strategy
- Drive workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and capability-building initiatives to support organizational growth.
- Lead employee relations, grievance management, and performance management processes in collaboration with the applicable company policy/manual/guideline
- Implement HR policies, engagement initiatives, retention strategies, and compliance practices.
- Analyze and prepare HR metrics and recruitment dashboards for Management identifying and analyzing attrition, forecast talent needs (demand vs supply), cost to hire, time to hire, etc.
- Mentor, guide, and develop the TA & HRBP team to ensure operational excellence and service delivery.
- Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and institutions to strengthen recruitment and talent development pipelines.
