Responsibilities & Context:

Talent Acquisition

  • Work closely with department head to identify staffing needs and ensure on time recruitment.
  • Post job advertisements, screen candidates, and conduct interviews.
  • Design onboarding processes, ensure smooth integration of new hires, and communicate company policies and culture effectively.

Employee Engagement & Employer Branding

  • Plan and implement engagement initiatives, conduct surveys and feedback sessions, organize recognition, wellness, and cultural programs.
  • Develop and execute HR branding campaigns, partner with Marketing for content creation, manage company presence at job fairs/university programs.
  • Monitor employer brand perception on portals and social media, and represent externally.

HR Policy Development & Compliance

  • Develop and update HR policies and Standard Operating Procedures while ensuring compliance with the country’s laws.
  • Maintain accurate records, conduct HR audits, and handle disciplinary procedure as per Bangladesh Labor Law.

Employee Separation & Exit Management

  • Oversee employee separation processes, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational policies.
  • Conduct structured exit interviews and prepare reports, ensure smooth offboarding including clearance, settlements, and documentation.

 HR Matrix & Reporting

  • Monitor key HR metrics and performance data
  • Use HR analytics to improve decision-making.
  • Prepare and submit HR reports to the department head.
