Experience:
4-years graduation from a reputed university with a strong academic background preferably in Computer Science & Engineering or related field.
Strong knowledge of HRIS tools and HR data processes.
Advanced analytical ability with data interpretation and reporting skills.
Proficiency in SOL, PL/SQL, and familiarity with Oracle development and monitoring tools such as TOAD, SQL Developer, or equivalent platforms.
Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel Advanced)
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR Analytics, HRIS management, data analysis, or database-driven reporting in a corporate environment.
Certification in Oracle Database Administration. Oracle SOL, or PL/SQL Development will be considered a strong advantage.
Candidates with prior experience in banking or financial institutions will receive preference.

The incumbent will be responsible for managing HR data, conducting analytical reviews, and supporting the development and enhancement of HR systems and processes to facilitate strategic decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Functional Responsibilities
Collect, manage, and analyze HR data from HRIS and other HR sources to generate actionable insights and support strategic HR decision-making and reporting.
Provide technical and operational support to end-users for HR software, troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day functional issues.
Develop and maintain dashboards, visual reports, and data analytics tools for management and regulatory requirements.
Database & Data Management Responsibilities
Apply advanced understanding of Oracle Database architecture or any RDBMS to support HRIS data processing and optimization.
Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SOL queries, joins, subqueries, and PL/SQL procedures/functions for data extraction and analysis.
Use TOAD or equivalent tools for database Management/Monitoring, performance tuning, and high-volume data extraction.
Ensure high-quality HRIS data by cleaning, validating, resolving inconsistencies, and securely managing large datasets with accuracy and integrity across all modules.
