Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Background in Social Work / HRM / Psychology will be an added advantage
Ensure overall welfare activities for workers and employees inside the factory.
To organize induction program for newly recruited employees, prepare training manual and organize refresher training and development programs for all employees.
Carrying out floor visit every day on time to check housekeeping & different compliance issues.
Maintain welfare-related documentation, attendance, leave records and reports
Ensure all over welfare activities as per labor law-2006 and Company`s policies.
Collect grievances of workers & consult with management to resolve grievances on a priority basis.
Build a positive and supportive workplace environment for workers.
Ensuring proper communication between workers and management.
Ensuring Maternity benefits as per the Labour Law.
Maintaining different registers (Maternity Leave, Grievance handling, Orientation, Awareness programmes, etc.).
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
