Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration, General HR, HR Operations, HRD, HRM

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate process of Performance Management that measures performance and supports achievement of Business goals.
∎ Preparation of MIS of eligible employees at the end of every year as per policy guidelines.
∎ Facilitation of quarterly reviews through emails, notice boards, etc, as well and ensure a feedback mechanism is implemented and utilized effectively.
∎ Conduct mock drills and employee trainings on the process to ensure complete understanding of all participants.
∎ Facilitate goal setting and revision of KRAs with Department/ Business Unit Heads annually.
∎ First contact point for all pre-performance appraisal to post-performance appraisal issues & grievances.
∎ Announcements of ratings, increments, etc. at the end of appraisal exercise. Issue Annual, Increment and Promotion Letters in co-ordination with HODs to prepare increment Letters.
∎ Proper documentation of all appraisal forms, feedbacks, letters etc. for all Employees of the organisation.
∎ Implement a system of high & low performers including Performance Improvement plans along with Department Heads.
∎ Prepare & share appraisal charter with entire organization. Run appraisals process across the organization and ensure its timely completion.
∎ Present data to the seniors with analysis of financial impact department & unit wise on variable and fixed payments & salaries.
∎ Ensure consistency is maintained in review process.
∎ Handle moderation exercise and rationalization keeping into consideration Internal parity. Adopt innovative perks & benefits to retain top talent.
∎ Managing complete database of bonuses, allowances and other monetary benefits accrued to employees as per their compensation structure. Updating internal payroll team as well.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with prior knowledge and experience in dealing with company, labour, land. Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labour Law 2006 and 2015.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali and strong analytical skills
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate subordinates.
∎ Should be young energetic, smart , able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
