∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Experience on QS audit of buyer H&M Or C&A technical audit will be prioritize.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Exposure of textile production management & ready-made garment manufacturing (different segments) is must.
∎ Ability to coach staff, manage, and develop high-performance teams, set and achieve strategic objectives.
∎ Understanding of fabric and ready-made garments dynamics.
∎ Knowledge of buyer house compliances and regulatory rules is preferable.
∎ Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) is preferable.
∎ Knowledge about technical audit
∎ You have to prepare a plan to ensure QS implement all over factory accordingly
∎ You have face internal/third party audit
∎ Monitor training programs in conjunction with the HR/Training Coordinator for team members to have the necessary skills to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
