Green View Golf Resort is looking for a proactive and result-driven Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to drive revenue growth, attract new guests, and strengthen brand presence. The role involves sales planning, client relationship management, marketing activities, and coordination with internal teams to ensure a premium guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets

• Identify new business opportunities through market research and trend analysis

• Generate and qualify leads via online, corporate, and networking channels

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agents, and guests

• Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective follow-up and negotiation

• Present resort offerings and close deals with clients

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets across rooms, events, and packages

• Support digital marketing, promotional campaigns, and seasonal activities

• Assist in content creation and branding initiatives

• Monitor competitors and industry trends to improve strategies

• Analyze sales performance data and prepare actionable insights

• Ensure excellent guest service by handling inquiries and complaints professionally

• Coordinate with operations, front office, and other departments for smooth execution

• Support event planning and guest experience enhancement activities

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate client records
