Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work in collaboration with all teams daily. Besides, candidate must complete the daily work.
∎ Ensure strong communication with GPQ and provide daily in-line, pre-final & final inspection follow-up and emergency guidance
∎ Manage projects that elevate the performance of the supply base in both efficiency and execution by identifying tools, processes and systems that will ensure the supply base world class competitiveness.
∎ Ensure Quality of raw materials, print, and washing is up to FAL Standards that complies with individual customer requirements.
∎ Ensure continuous improvement in buyer's SRM rating through Quality Systems and Processes, quality control and claim order ratio.
∎ Responsible to maintain the fabric, hole, cut panel rejection, washing rejection, 4-point fabrics inspection, dia up-down, group marker, fabric re-process, physical test, practice test, Sewing line 7 point check practice system.
∎ Ensure Improvement in QMS score by carrying out audit and Root-Cause-Analyses and initiate development measures.
∎ Ensure technicians with checking patterns/specification and construction, identifying and resolving production impracticalities in an appropriately timely manner, and to make a final decision on quality according to company standards and requirements.
∎ Manage handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on production.
∎ Accomplish QC cycle of a production unit by controlling samples; follow up materials production in-house status, control materials in-house testing, organize PP meeting, cutting permission, inspection, reporting & record keeping.
∎ Monitor QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments.
∎ Test the supplier's samples and report it to concerned depts, if any also suggest for alternate.
∎ Report to operational and maintenance in chief as soon as any quality deterioration is detected to undertake necessary action. In case serious problems, communicate top management.
∎ Expand and improve the scope of 6S - Sort, Straighten, Sweep, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety.
∎ Support lean management implementation through Quality Parameters & principle.
∎ Overall, co-operation should be done to improve the image of Quality products of Fakir Apparels Ltd. In the outside World and outside market.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proficient and fluent in English;
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Must have excellent computer operating skill, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
∎ Well Behaved and convincing;
∎ Knowledge of EU textile industry/fashion trends is preferable.
∎ Knowledge of buyer house compliance and regulatory rules is preferable.
∎ Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) is preferable
