∎ Sound knowledge on BLA 2006 & BLR 2015 & MS office packages

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for on time recruitment of worker & staff as per manpower budget.
∎ Prepare different HR reports such as recruitment, migration, absenteeism, overtime, training, staff-worker ratio etc.
∎ To prepare and verify the salary, OT, increment, attendance bonus, Eid bonus, annual leave encashment, maternity benefits and final settlement bill.  Maintain and update personal file, Leave register, service book, ID card etc.
∎ Grievance handling, offering counselling, taking disciplinary actions in view of maintain congenial industrial relations.
∎ Ensure floor compliance, housekeeping, 5s and maintain HR related documents in line with labor law and buyer compliance.
∎ Ensure administrative and logistic support to the production team time to time.
