Responsibilities & Context:
∎ “The AGM/Senior Manager - HR” will play a pivotal role in leading our HR department, serving as the strategic partner and advisor to senior management on all HR-related matters. He will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with our company's goals and values, while also fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
∎ The responsibilities of the AGM / Sr. Manager - HR include but are not limited to the descriptions below:
∎ (HR Strategic Planning)
∎ 1. Lead implementation for HR Policies and Procedures
∎ 2. Develop an HR strategy for all of the concern which is in line with the senior management team (SMT).
∎ 3. Organizing and Maintaining Personal Files of all employees and Verifying all documents in relation with joining employees
∎ 4. Developing relationships with functional leads and team members to provide another channel for ground level feedback.
∎ (Hiring & Recruitment)
∎ 1. Develop and implement a proper manpower planning
∎ 2. Direct recruitment and selection process by using creative recruiting methods to hire the best talent.
∎ 3. Review and approve Manpower Requisition, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
∎ 4. Run the company on boarding program for new employees to ensure that they are effectively integrated into the company.
∎ (Compensation & Benefits Management)
∎ 1. Define and review compensation and benefits plans and communicate changes or updates, as stipulated in the HR policies.
∎ 2. Ensure the process of the monthly HR payroll documentation on timely basis.
∎ 3. Coordinate new joining employees and facilitate employee's separation with final settlement.
∎ 4. Ensure that all exiting staff clearance forms are submitted before final dues are processed.
∎ 5. Monitor leave, attendance, yearly increment, salary adjustment and individual salary statement etc.
∎ (Performance Management and Training & Development)
∎ 1. Lead the performance management process for all employees.
∎ 2. Coordinate and ensure timely completion of the annual performance Appraisal System.
∎ 3. Coordinate with HR and functional Heads to perform training needs analysis and design and implement a training plan with involvement from department heads.
∎ (Employee Relations & Discipline)
∎ 1. Keep close liaison and coordination with the factory, Production, Sales, Service, Accounts, and other department.
∎ 2. Lead all employee relations with professional elegance.
∎ 3. Lead investigations to resolve issues/conflict in the workplace with close collaboration with other Senior Managers.
∎ 4. Maintain an effective negotiation process and harmonious employee/employer relationship.
∎ (HR Team Management)
∎ 1. Manage, train and mentor HR team to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the HR department.
∎ 2. Create detailed plan to build capacity for every HR staff, including performance objectives, recruitment and commitment to development.
