Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and making job offers.
∎ Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the organisation.
∎ Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
∎ Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related inquiries, issues, and concerns, and escalate complex matters as needed.
∎ Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and enrollment processes.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and personnel files.
∎ Assist in the performance management process by tracking employee performance evaluations, facilitating performance discussions, and supporting managers in setting performance goals.
∎ Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including organising team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee events.
∎ Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager or HR Director.
∎ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
∎ 2+ years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to various HR functions preferred.
∎ Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organisation.
∎ High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
∎ Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS platforms.
