Receive & make calls to the customers.
Handle customer queries & complaints instantly.
Handle Inbound/outbound calls with required conversation time.
Collect feedback from customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Result-driven with a focus on achieving target.
Make Report to Supervisor.
