∎ 4. Being knowledgeable about the company's products and services to answer customer questions
∎ 5. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
∎ 6. Communicating with customers through various channels
∎ 7. Coordinating with colleagues
∎ 8. Monitoring the effectiveness of customer support
∎ 9. Arranging training programs for support
∎ 10. Resolve any technical issues of Mobile phone, laptop & desktops
