Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning, organizing, leading, coordinating and controlling the HR & Administrative functions.
∎ To formulate company-wide HR policies/procedures and effectively implementing them.
∎ Preparing a standard recruitment & selection policy and ensuring timely recruitment & selection as per requirements.
∎ Providing HR support as a strategic partner according to the needs of the fast-growing organization.
∎ Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of general administrative functions, including Legal & Corporate Affairs, daily attendance, leave management, and safety issues.

In this category, we also offer tea bags, which are laminated from inside to protect the content from moisture. Such kind of bags is also used for packaging of chemicals as well. Besides, we also have the expertise to manufacture bags, which are widely used for the packaging of apparels, courier and mailing services. The manufacturing technology and machinery are imported from China, India, Korea, Taiwan and all products are highly updated and from renowned manufacturer in this line of capital machinery.

Considering market demand and existing market supply gap the directors of the company have decided to establish this factory in the name and title “Bags and Packs Industries Ltd” which is a sister concern of Color Woven Bag Industries Ltd. Bags and Packs Industries Ltd was established on 2014. Color Non-Woven Bags Industries Ltd; have been continuously improving our manufacturing process, logistics network, and material supply management to ensure that we are fully capable of delivering the finest products to our customers. The talented directors of the company has been working in this area products since 2000, has given us a competitive edge. The Directors have traveled and attend training and seminars to Germany, Italy, South Korea, India, China, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, etc. for gaining knowledge and expertise within the Bags industry worldwide.
