∎ High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills are essential
∎ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements in Bangladesh is required.
∎ Demonstrated ability to exercise sound independent judgment.
∎ Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): as Manager, Audit in any group of company in Bangladesh/Manager, Audit in any rewound CA Firm.
∎ 3 to 5 years (if CA partly qualified)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Audit Planning and Execution
∎ Risk Assessment and Mitigation
∎ Support in monitoring accounts receivable and following up on outstanding payments.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
∎ Provide training to staff on internal control principles and best practices.
∎ Execute internal audit engagements in accordance with the approved audit plan.
∎ Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations.
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and make recommendations for improvement.
∎ Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, data, flowcharts, etc.
