Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for an enthusiastic and quick learner Executive Intern for the HR & Admin Department (OFFICE TIME: 9 am to 6 pm).
∎ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Conducting recruiting process for new employees/desired personnel required by the company.
∎ Drafting, documenting, filing & organizing the data instructed by the company.
∎ Administering the employees with their day-to-day activities and facilitating them to maintain a professional office environment.
∎ HR & admin-related regular tasks for smooth business operations.
∎ Assist the management in providing prompt support as required.
∎ Any other task is given by the management.
