Job Responsibilities:
∎ Transaction processing including checking & verifying Material Receipt Report with proper supporting documents and posting journal entry in ERP for Yarn, Yarn Dyeing, Dyes & Chemicals.
∎ Identify, verify, record and adjustment of all received return of Yarn, Dyes chemical.
∎ Proceed all credit bills, cash bills and LC/bill of exchanges of Yarn, Yarn Dyeing & Dyes Chemical.
∎ Identify and record of all the stationary, print & publication category items of general store.
∎ Coordinate with store concern regarding proper recording and issuing of Yarn and Dyes Prepare monthly report for Non-Operating Income regarding rent receipt and take approval of management.
∎ Preparing report for the debit balance of accessories, yarn and dyes chemicals containing detail reasons for debit balance.
∎ Prepare and submit any other reports or perform any other responsibility as directed by management/HOD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be proficient & fluent in English.
