Education:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Cost & Management Accounting

Partly qualified or fully qualified from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) will be considered an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:

• Age 22 to 40 years

Strong knowledge of Product Costing, Standard Costing, Cost Accounting, Budgeting, Inventory Valuation, and Financial Analysis.Sound understanding of manufacturing processes, Bills of Materials (BOM), production costing, and variance analysis.Hands-on experience with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar ERP systems).Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboards, and financial modeling.Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet strict reporting and tender submission deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Executive/Senior Executive – Product Costing to support the Costing Department in managing product costing, budgeting, pricing, inventory valuation, and profitability analysis. The incumbent will play a key role in cost optimization, financial planning, and strategic decision-making by ensuring accurate product costing and effective cost control across manufacturing operations inceramics industry.
