Job Responsibilities:
∎ Transaction processing including Checking Material Receipt Report with supporting documents and Journal Entry posting in ERP.
∎ Check and verify Cash Bill, Invoice, Bill of Exchange and other documents for ensuring accuracy of financial transaction.
∎ Preparing the working sheet of Bill of Exchange, Cash Bill and inputting the LC number on the ERP which are paid through LC & Cash.
∎ Reconcile with accessories store, merchandiser & accessories supplier to solve different findings like rate, quantity issue & work order problem etc.
∎ Physical verification and count accessories stock at the end of every financial quarter & when needed and keep update with the computer systems.
∎ Coordinate with SCM for bill proceed related issues.
∎ Preparing report for the debit balance of accessories, yarn and dyes chemicals containing detail reasons for debit balance.
∎ To do Any other Jobs/Reports as to be required for management.
