Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Administering all the hiring processes of new employees.
∎ Create and publish job ads in various portals.
∎ Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
∎ Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employee.
∎ Screen resumes and job applications.
∎ Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
∎ Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
∎ Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
∎ Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
∎ Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
∎ Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
∎ Maintaining and recording employee attendance.
∎ Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
∎ Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations).
∎ Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
∎ Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
∎ Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
∎ Design compensation and benefits packages.
∎ Employee final settlement.
∎ Various types of letter drafting as per instruction of HOD.
∎ Demonstrable leadership abilities.
