Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The HR Manager will promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.

∎ Recruitment and Staffing:
∎ • Actively work on the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

∎ • Act as a liaison between management and employees to address grievances and other issues.
