Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The HR Manager will promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Recruitment and Staffing:
∎ • Actively work on the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
∎ • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
∎ • Ensure job descriptions are accurate and up-to-date.

∎ Employee Relations:
∎ • Act as a liaison between management and employees to address grievances and other issues.
∎ • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
∎ • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies.

∎ Performance Management:
∎ • Develop and manage performance appraisal systems.
∎ • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related issues.
∎ • Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.

∎ Compensation and Benefits:
∎ • Design and manage compensation structures and benefits programs.
∎ • Conduct market research to ensure competitive pay and benefits.
∎ • Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy.

∎ Compliance and Policy Management:
∎ • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.
∎ • Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
∎ • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.

∎ HR Strategy and Planning:
∎ • Align HR strategies with organizational goals.
∎ • Provide strategic advice to senior management on HR-related matters.
∎ • Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making.

∎ HR Administration:
∎ • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
∎ • Prepare and present HR reports to management.
∎ • Manage HR budgets and resources effectively.
