Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive/ Sr. Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, generating sales and promoting IOM Ltd.’s portfolio of office automation and IT solutions. This role demands a proactive, tech-savvy, and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and conduct sales in corporate, SME & B2B business.
Ability to lead a team and drive the company vision.
Understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications using CRM tools.
Represent IOM Ltd. at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance offerings and customer experience.
