Job Summary:
The Corporate Sales Sr. Executive/Executive will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, generating sales and promoting IOM Ltd.’s portfolio of office automation and IT solutions. This role demands a proactive, tech-savvy, and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and conduct sales in corporate, SME & B2B business.
- Understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company policies and profitability goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client communications using CRM tools.
- Represent IOM Ltd. at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance offerings and customer experience.
