∎ Minimum 10-15 years of experience in HR, Admin & Compliance (preferably in the RMG sector).
∎ In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, social compliance, and factory administration.
∎ Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Experience in handling buyer audits, legal affairs, and large workforce management.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
∎ Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure a skilled workforce.
∎ Develop and maintain HR policies & procedures in compliance with labor laws.
∎ Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions effectively.
∎ Prepare and monitor the HR budget, ensuring cost efficiency.
∎ Supervise overall factory administration, including security, transportation, and office management.
∎ Oversee construction and infrastructure development for factory expansion and renovation.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of factory facilities, utilities, and safety measures.
∎ Implement effective welfare programs for worker satisfaction and retention.
∎ Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and international labor standards.
∎ Manage audits and certifications (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ACCORD, ALLIANCE, etc.).
∎ Develop and enforce policies related to occupational health, safety, and environmental protection.
∎ Handle social compliance audits and liaise with buyers, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders.
∎ Maintain proper records of legal documents, contracts, licenses, and audit reports.
∎ Formulate and update company policies related to HR, Administration, and Compliance.
∎ Implement workplace discipline, ethics, and employee engagement programs.
∎ Ensure fair labor practices, ethical recruitment, and non-discriminatory workplace policies.
∎ Maintain a strong working relationship with trade unions, labor associations, and government agencies.
∎ Handle negotiations, disputes, and collective bargaining agreements.
∎ Ensure a peaceful work environment by addressing worker concerns proactively.
∎ Develop strategies to improve workforce productivity and operational efficiency.
∎ Guide and mentor HR, Admin, and Compliance teams for enhanced performance.
∎ Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and ethical work practices.
