Knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier management.

Familiarity with industry standards, quality requirements, and sustainability practices relevant to denim garments.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
ACME Garments Unit is one of the leading 100% export-oriented denim & sweater manufacturers in Bangladesh. To strengthen our Supply Chain Department, we are looking for dynamic, energetic, and career-oriented individuals for the position of Jr. Executive / Executive (Sourcing).
Job Responsibilities:
Collect supplier details (if nominated by buyer)
Source sample materials from different relevant suppliers
Arrange Price, MOQ & Lead time from the suppliers
Negotiate prices, MOQ and Lead time
Submit sample to the Merchandising team for approval
Arrange approval from the Merchandising team
Prepare CS for approval
Arrange CS approval
Hand over all details to procurement team
Communicate with supplier for just in time delivery
Communicate with store for inventory
Communicate material quality feedback with the suppliers
Collaboration with other departments (e.g., Planning / Production / Wash / Quality)
Cost Monitoring
Emergency booking support
