Job Context

Sinha Knit Industries Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Merchandiser (Sweater) to join our Head Office team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling sweater orders from development to shipment while maintaining strong communication with buyers and internal teams. The role requires strong merchandising knowledge, sourcing capability, and coordination skills to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle sweater merchandising activities from order confirmation to final shipment.

• Communicate with buyers regarding product development, order status, and production updates.

• Coordinate with sampling, production, planning, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Follow up on sample development including proto, fit, size set, and production samples.

• Ensure proper costing, price negotiation, and order confirmation with buyers.

• Monitor order progress and ensure timely shipment as per buyer requirements.

• Work closely with sourcing team to arrange yarns, trims, and accessories.

• Maintain all merchandising documentation including TNA, order sheets, and buyer correspondence.

• Identify and resolve any production or quality issues in coordination with relevant departments.

• Maintain strong relationships with buyers and ensure customer satisfaction.
