Job Context:
We are launching a new retail brand and are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Retail Brand Head to lead the end-to-end development, positioning, and growth of the brand.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with both international and local retail brands and will be responsible for building the brand from concept to execution, including strategy, operations, merchandising, marketing, and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Development & Strategy
Develop and execute the overall retail brand strategy, including brand identity, positioning, and market entry plan.
Lead the complete brand setup from concept stage to commercial launch.
Ensure brand consistency across all retail touchpoints (stores, visual merchandising, marketing, digital, customer experience).
Retail Operations & Expansion
Oversee store planning, opening, and expansion strategy (local and future international).
Establish and monitor retail KPIs, sales targets, and profitability metrics.
Ensure smooth coordination between retail operations, supply chain, merchandising, and marketing teams.
Merchandising & Product Strategy
Lead product assortment planning, pricing strategy, and category management aligned with brand positioning.
Analyze customer insights and market trends to drive product and design decisions.
Marketing & Customer Experience
Work closely with marketing teams to plan and execute brand launches, campaigns, and promotions.
Build a strong customer experience strategy across all channels.
Ensure high standards of store experience, service quality, and brand storytelling.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing retail and brand team.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners (agencies, vendors, franchise partners).
Report regularly to top management with performance analysis and strategic recommendations.
