Key Responsibilities:

Interpretation & Translation: Provide verbal interpretation and written translation between Japanese and local languages (English/Bengali) for daily communication, meetings, and reports.

Production & Quality Control: Actively support production teams during factory visits, inspection reports, and technical discussions to meet quality standards.

Communication Bridge: Facilitate seamless, accurate communication between Japanese buyers/management and local teams, including merchandising, planning, and production departments.

Documentation Management: Translate technical documents, QC reports, and emails, ensuring accurate transfer of instructions and technical nuances.

Support & Coordination: Assist Japanese staff with daily operations, follow up on production schedules, and facilitate meetings with the Japan office.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Language Proficiency: High-level proficiency (typically JLPT N2 or N3) in Japanese, along with fluency in English and local languages.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word ,Power Point).

Experience: Experience in the garment or manufacturing sector is preferred.
