Responsibilities & Context:
Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team, including QA Inspectors and Supervisors.
Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Oversee all in-line and final product inspections to ensure defect-free production.
Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Collaborate with factories and suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards.
