We are looking for passionate and creative Junior Fashion Designers to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate will assist in developing fresh, fashionable collections that reflect the brand’s identity and appeal to our diverse audience.

Job Responsibilities

• Support Senior Designers in developing seasonal concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and design themes.

• Create sketches, technical drawings, and detailed design sheets under supervision, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand direction.

• Research current market and global fashion trends to provide creative ideas for new collections.

• Assist in designing garments such as tops, dresses, panjabis, and kidswear — ensuring balance between fashion, comfort, and functionality.

• Coordinate with the sampling and production teams to follow up on sample development and fittings.

• Prepare and update tech packs, artwork, and measurement sheets.

• Collaborate with fabric and trim sourcing teams to select suitable materials for new designs.

• Participate in design review meetings and contribute fresh ideas to enhance product appeal.

• Support campaign styling, photoshoots, and visual merchandising activities when required.

• Perform other design-related tasks as assigned by the design lead or management.
