The Senior QA will lead end-to-end quality assurance operations across multi-category garment production. The role ensures strict compliance with international buyer standards, AQL benchmarks, and factory KPIs, while driving continuous quality improvement and on-time shipment performance.

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Quality Ownership

Lead factory QA function from development stage to final shipment.

Ensure all products comply with approved samples, technical packs, and buyer manuals.

Take full accountability for product quality across all production stages.

2️⃣ Inspection & AQL Management

Conduct and supervise:

Pre-Production Meetings (PPM)

Inline Inspections

Midline Inspections

Final Random Inspections (FRI)

Apply AQL 1.5 / 2.5 standards as per buyer requirement.

Ensure zero major defects at shipment stage.

3️⃣ Multi-Category Handling

Oversee quality management for:

Soft woven tops & dresses

Denim

Flat knit

Sweaters

Outerwear

4️⃣ Risk Analysis & Corrective Action

Identify potential quality risks at early production stages.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Implement Corrective & Preventive Action Plans (CAPA).

Control rejection, rework, and alteration percentages.

5️⃣ Technical Process Monitoring

Supervise washing, printing, embroidery, and finishing processes.

Monitor shade variation, measurement accuracy, workmanship, and hand feel.

Ensure adherence to garment construction standards.

6️⃣ Buyer Compliance & Audit Support

Ensure alignment with US & European buyer compliance standards.

Maintain compliance with buyer manuals and quality protocols.

Support technical and social compliance audits.

7️⃣ Reporting & Documentation

Maintain inspection reports and QA documentation.

Update Buyer ERP systems accurately and timely.

Present weekly/monthly quality performance reports to senior management.

8️⃣ Team Leadership & Continuous Improvement

Supervise and guide QA/QC team members.

Conduct quality training for line supervisors and operators.

Drive proactive quality culture across factory operations.

Implement data-driven quality monitoring systems.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Maintain rejection below target threshold.

Ensure 100% on-time shipment without quality claims.

Reduce rework percentage.

Improve overall factory quality rating.
