- Process monthly payroll accurately through ERP.
- Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and employee records.
- Ensure correct salary, allowance, deduction, and final settlement calculations.
- Prepare payslips, bank advice, and payroll reports.
- Regularly update ERP data and analyze HRIS to prevent payment leakage.
- Submit various report to corporate office on time.
