Candidate must have adequate knowledge and proven work experience of woven garment.
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee all sewing operations, including cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing, to ensure seamless workflow.
Develop and execute the sewing department's annual operating plans, budgets, and strategic goals aligned with company objectives.
Analyze production data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency (SMV adherence), productivity (MPR), and reduce waste.
Optimize line balancing, machine allocation, and manpower utilization to maximize output and achieve daily/weekly production targets.
Ensure compliance with all social accountability (e.g., BSCI, SEDEX) and labor standards.
Work closely with the Industrial Engineering (IE) team on method improvements, layouts, and SMV validation
Liaise with the Merchandising & Planning departments on capacity planning, order feasibility, and delivery commitments.
