Responsibilities & Context:

• Perform thorough inspection of washed garments for defects such as holes, tears, color bleeding, shade variation, poor patch/logo durability, and unwanted creases.

• Conduct regular visits to partner factories and laundries to audit processes and verify the quality of fabrics and inputs before production begins.

• Suggest and implement process improvements, chemical adjustments, or mechanical modifications to enhance fabric performance, wash durability, and production efficiency.

• Lead root-cause analysis for recurring wash-related problems, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Work collaboratively with laundry and factory technicians to develop, refine, and optimize wash recipes to achieve desired effects while meeting all quality and safety parameters.

• Suggest and implement process improvements, chemical adjustments, or mechanical modifications to enhance fabric performance, wash durability, and production efficiency.
